From the above mentioned statistical population, 3381 persons were selected to answer research questionnaires. Research questionnaires were: organizational commitment with 9 items (including three subscales, identification commitment, affiliation commitment and exchange commitment), job alternatives with 2 items, intention to quit with 2 items, supervisor satisfaction with 8 items and coworker satisfaction with 10 items. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and mediating regression analysis. Results showed that job alternative plays the partial mediation role in relation between identification commitment, exchange commitment and affiliation commitment and intention to quit. But the results of mediating regression showed that job alternatives have not mediating role in relation between supervisor and coworker satisfaction and intention to quit. Evidences of this research revealed that the diminishing effect of organizational commitment (on the basis of negative regression coefficient) on intention to quit is weaken in presence of job alternatives.}, keywords = {Identification Commitment,Exchange Commitment,Affiliation Commitment,job alternatives,Intention to Quit,Supervisor Satisfaction,Coworker Satisfaction}, title_fa = {رابطه میان ابعاد تعهد سازمانی و رضایت از سرپرست و همکاران با تمایل به ترک خدمت با تأکید بر جایگزین‌های شغلی به عنوان متغیر میانجی}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی جایگزین‌های شغلی در رابطه بین ابعاد تعهد سازمانی و رضایت از سرپرست و همکاران با تمایل به ترک خدمت در میان کارکنان شرکتهای وابسته به شرکت پالایش و پخش فراورده‌های نفتی ایران (13 شرکت) به مرحله اجرا درآمد. از میان جامعه آماری فوق الذکر، 3381 نفر برای پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه‌‌‌‌های پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه 9 سئوالی تعهد سازمانی (دارای سه خرده مقیاس تعهد همانند سازی شده، تعهد پیوستگی یا پیوند جویانه و تعهد مبادله‌ای)، پرسشنامه جایگزین‌های شغلی با 2 سئوال،‌ پرسشنامه ترک خدمت با 2 سئوال،‌ پرسشنامه رضایت از سرپرست با 8 سئوال و پرسشنامه رضایت از همکاران با 10 سئوال به شیوه‌ی تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون میانجی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصله حاکی از آن بود که جایگزین‌های شغلی نقش میانجی پاره‌ای را در رابطه بین تعهد همانند سازی شده، تعهد مبادله ای و تعهد پیوستگی با ترک خدمت بازی می‌کند. اما نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون میانجی نشان داد که جایگزین‌های شغلی برای رابطه بین رضایت از سرپرست و همکاران با ترک خدمت نقش یک متغییر میانجی را ایفاء نمی کند . شواهد حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که اثرات کاهنده ابعاد تعهد سازمانی (بر اساس ضرایب رگرسیون منفی) بر ترک خدمت در صورت وجود جایگزین‌های شغلی تضعیف می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {تعهد همانند سازی شده,‌ تعهد پیوستگی یا پیوند جویانه,تعهد مبادله ای,جایگزین‌های شغلی,ترک خدمت,رضایت از سرپرست,رضایت از همکاران}, url = {https://cs.shahed.ac.ir/article_2233.html}, eprint = {https://cs.shahed.ac.ir/article_2233_15f12005ccf8f1daad9071f34e367ff4.pdf} }
