ارائه مدل ساختاری اثر کشور مبدأ بر ارزش ویژه برند (مطالعه در صنعت دارو)
هدف اصلی از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی اثر کشور مبدا بر ارزش ویژه برند و ارائه مدلی جامع در محصولات دارویی میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق مذکور داروسازان استانهای بوشهر و فارس میباشند که به شیوه نمونهگیری طبقهای-تصادفی تعداد 187 نفر انتخاب گردید و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از نرمافزارهایAmos21 وSpss21 صورت گرفت. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد که، بکارگیری اثر کشور مبدا در صنعت داروسازی میتواند باعث تقویت ارزش ویژه برند و ابعاد آن شود. بنابراین بازاریابان صنعت دارویی در تدوین برنامههای بازاریابی خود باید آگاه باشند که داروسازان در فرایند انتخاب و خرید برند، تحت تاثیر اثرکشور مبدا قرار میگیرند و باید جایگاه ذهنی برندهایشان را از طریق تاکید بر تحقیق و توسعه، کیفیت برتر مواد اولیه مصرفی، سرعت بهبود بیماران، قدمت صنعت داروسازی در کشورشان ارتقا بخشند.

بررسی تاثیر جذابیت ظاهری و اعتبار منبع پیام ویروسی بر نگرش مصرفکننده نسبت به برند
در سالهای اخیر به علت رشد سریع اینترنت و استفاده از تجارت الکترونیک، بازاریابی ویروسی توجه سازمانهای تولیدی و خدماتی را به خود جلب کرده است. با وجود این، تحقیقی در مورد تاثیر جذابیت و اعتبار منبع پیام بر نگرش مصرفکنندگان با نقش تعدیلگری درگیری ذهنی مصرفکنندگان و میزان ریسکپذیری آنها صورت نگرفته است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر جذابیت و اعتبار منبع پیام بر نگرش مصرفکنندگان با نقش تعدیلگری درگیری ذهنی مصرفکنندگان و میزان ریسکپذیری آنها میباشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را مصرفکنندگان گوشی همراه(سامسونگ، سونی، نوکیا، ال جی و آیفون) شهر بوشهر تشکیل می دهند. با توجه به نامحدود بودن جامعه آماری، از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس، تعداد430 پرسشنامه توزیع گردید که396 پرسشنامه جمع آوری و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها ازمدل سازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که جذابیت و اعتبار منبع پیام بر نگرش مصرفکننده نسبت به برند تاثیر می گذارد. همچنین مشخص شد که در ارتباط بین جذابیت و نگرش مصرفکنندگان در مورد برند، درگیری ذهنی مصرفکنندگان نقش تعدیلگری دارد. در ارتباط بین اعتبار منبع پیام و نگرش مصرفکننده نسبت به برند، میزان ریسکپذیری افراد نقش تعدیلگری ندارد.

بررسی تاثیر جنبه های مختلف تجربه مصرف بر متغیرهای پس از مصرف (رضایت،شدت دلتنگی، ارتباطات دهان به دهان، نیات رفتاری) (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامیمشهد)
درک مصرف کنندگان و تجارب مصرفی آنها از محصولات و خدمات و اینکه این تجارب چه تاثیری در مرحله پس از مصرف بر احساسات مصرف کنندگان میگذارد ، یکی از وظایف اصلی بازاریابان است.هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی جنبه های مختلف تجربه مصرف بر متغیرهای پس از مصرف(رضایت،شدت دلتنگی،ارتباطالت شفاهی،نیات رفتاری) است. به منظور جمع آوری داده های پرسشنامه، در میان 385 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مشهد، به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم توزیع گردید و جهت تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل تاییدی عاملی و معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS استفاده گردید. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از جهت شیوه جمع آوری داده ها پیمایشی محسوب میشود. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، لذت جویی در تجربه مصرف تاثیر مثبتی بر رضایت،شدت دلتنگی ،نیت انجام تبلیغات شفاهی و قصد تکرار مجدد تجربه مصرف کنندگان دارد.هم چنین بعد فرار از واقعیات در تجربه مصرف تاثیر مثبتی بر شدت دلتنگی مصرف کنندگان دارد. از طرف دیگر ابعاد یادگیری و ارتباط(تجربه مشترک) در تجربه مصرف تاثیر مثبتی بر انجام تبلیغات شفاهی دارند،و بعد یادگیری در تجربه مصرف تاثیر مثبت بر نیت انجام تبلیغات شفاهی دارد هم چنین مشخص شد بعد جریان در تجربه مصرف تاثیری بر شدت دلتنگی ندارد.

بررسی تأثیر استراتژی کسبوکار، بخشندگی و پویایی محیطی بر عملکرد بازاریابی؛ تبیین نقش ممیزی بازاریابی (مطالعه موردی: شرکتهای تولیدکننده دارویی)
آشنایی سنجیده و علمی با بازارهای گوناگون و توانمندیها و کاستیهای هر بنگاه، مستلزم بررسیهای دورهای و مداوم از عملکرد آن بنگاه است. ابزار پیادهسازی این فرآیند مهم و حساس، ممیزی بازاریابی است. در سایه ممیزی بازاریابی میتوان فهمید شرکت در چه موقعیتی قرار دارد و چگونه میتواند به سمت تعالی و پیشرفت حرکت نماید. هدف این مطالعه توسعه و آزمون مدلی از پیامدهای ممیزی بازاریابی است. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده، از حیث هدف توصیفی است. جامعه آماری از 1454 شرکت دارویی تشکیلشده است. با توجه به جامعه آماری به کمک جدول مورگان حجم نمونه 285 به دست آمد و درنهایت با نمونهگیری ساده، 325 پرسشنامه بهصورت الکترونیکی جمعآوری گردید. پایایی ابزار تحقیق بهوسیله بررسی سازگاری درونی و روایی آن از طریق روایی همگرا و واگرا موردسنجش و تأیید قرار گرفت. بررسی فرضیه ها تحقیق نیز در قالب مدل معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرمافزار Smart PLS2 انجام شد. در سطح اطمینان 05/0 نتایج نشان داد الف: بخشندگی بیشتر محیطی دلالت بر اجرای کمتر ممیزی بازاریابی دارد، ب: پویایی محیطی در کنار یک استراتژی کسبوکار فعال نقش مهمی در اجرای ممیزی بازاریابی ایفا میکند، ج: ممیزی بازاریابی میتواند به شکل جدی بر عملکرد بازاریابی شرکت تأثیرگذار باشد و د: ممیزی بازاریابی همچون یک میانجی در رابطه بین عوامل محیطی و عملکرد بازاریابی عمل میکند.

مفهومپردازی "پرتفولیوی دوسوتوان" در شرکتهای هلدینگ: نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد کلاسیک
شرکت ها در مسیر رشد خود به روش های مختلفی فعالیت هایشان را متنوع میکنند و وارد کسب و کارهای جدیدی می شوند. سوال مهمی که این گونه شرکت ها همواره با آن مواجه اند این است که چه چیزی یک پرتفولیوی مناسب را برای شرکت های هلدینگ شکل می دهد؟ در راستای پاسخ به این مسئله مدل های مختلفی توسط محققان و شرکت های مشاوره ارائه شده است اما نقدهای بسیاری نیز به آنها وارد است. با وجود انتقاد زیاد به ابزارها و مدلهای موجود تاکنون مطالعات نظری جامع و مانعی در این حوزه انجام نشده است و خلا وجود الگویی معتبر و علمی در این حوزه شدیدا احساس می شود. در این راستا هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه مدلی جدید و کاربردی جهت مدیریت پرتفولیو در شرکتهای هلدینگ ایرانی است. رویکرد تحقیق استقرایی و روش آن کیفی است و برای نظریه پردازی از راهبرد نظریهپردازی دادهبنیاد کلاسیک استفاده شده است. داده ها با ستفاده از روش مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته با 22 مدیر و خبره از 13 سازمان و هلدینگ مختلف جمع آوری شده است. یافتههای تحقیق منجر به مفهوم سازی "پرتفولیوی دوسوتوان" به عنوان پدیدهای نوظهور در سطح شرکتهای هلدینگ شد. براساس این مفهوم شرکت های هلدینگ با ایجاد پرتفولیویی متوازن و متناسب از قابلیت های بهره برداری و کاوش که در دل کسب و کارهایش جای دارند، می تواند به صورت موثر پرتفوی خود را مدیریت کند.

بررسی رابطهی بین ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و وفاداری مشتری (مورد مطالعه: شرکت حمل و نقل مسافری رجاء)
زمانی اذعان می شد که به صرف تولید محصول با کیفیت بالا و قیمت پایین، رضایت مشتری بطور کامل جلب خواهد شد؛ غافل از اینکه محصول ارائه شده چه اثراتی بر محیط زیست و جامعه خواهد داشت. با تشدید رقابت در دنیای کنونی و کمیابی منابع و آلودگی محیط زیست، رویکردهای نوین سازمانی باعث توجه به موضوع مسئولیت اجتماعی شد و سازمان ها دریافتند که علاوه بر مسئولیت اجتماعی، موضوع وفاداری مشتریان نیز حائز اهمیت است و مبنای مهمی در جهت کسب مزیت رقابتی محسوب می شود. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه ی بین ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و وفاداری مشتریان است که بر اساس آن یک فرضیه اصلی و ده فرضیه فرعی مطرح گردیده است. این تحقیق از نظرهدف یک مطالعه کاربردی و از جهت ماهیت توصیفی پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه این تحقیق مشتریان شرکت قطارهای مسافری رجاء است که با نمونه گیری تصادفی، 403 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. از مجموع ده فرضیه فرعی مطرح شده در این تحقیق، هشت فرضیه مورد تایید قرار گرفته و دو فرضیه نیز رد شدند. به عبارت دیگر، نتایج حاصله نشان دادند که میان مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت از دیدگاه (جامعه، مشتریان و کارکنان) و شناخت(شرکت-مشتری)، مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت از دیدگاه کارکنان و رضایت مشتری، شناخت(شرکت-مشتری) و رضایت مشتری، شناخت(شرکت-مشتری) و رفتار خرید مجدد، رضایت مشتری و رفتار توصیه خرید، و رضایت مشتری و رفتار خرید مجدد رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد؛ لیکن، میان مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت از دیدگاه مشتریان با رضایت مشتری و شناخت (شرکت-مشتری) با رفتار توصیه خرید، رابطه مستقیم وجود ندارد.
