Abstract:   (1280 Views)
Efficiency is of the most important components in suitable comparison of decision making units because completely calculates the performance with two-side
vision “considering input and output”. In this paper, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used as mathematical approach for calculation of Iran non-oil exports. Also input and output indexes of the research were extracted using Porter’s competitive advantage model named “diamond-like”. The efficiency of 61% indicated the rank of 70 for Iran by using 12 countries, 12 input indexes and 2 output indexes. For sensitivity analysis, sensitive indexes of Iran is compared to pioneer countries in the world and the area. Iran has extreme weakness in indexes such as effectiveness of government and gross fixed capital formation while is relatively strong in rail transit, brand registration, and R&D researchers. At the end, it is shown that Iran should follow countries like Qatar, Oman, Myanmar, Hong Kong, and Jordan in order to pass the road for efficiency.
