Studies on women’s entrepreneurship have been developing throughout the world in the past two decades. New economical oppor-tunities and jobs have been created by entrepreneurship development.
Social structures of every calture firmly influence the process of women's entrepreneurship development. Examples of social structures factors are population growth rate, unemployment, training, family structures, kind of activities, traditional attitudes and gender approach. Therefore, mentioned factors have to be considered for surveying of this process.
For the time being, Iran's entrepreneurs women need some descrip-tive models for finding the appropriate way of working life according to the social and family structures. This survey is the first systematic study in this field.
This essay is a part of some results of a fieldwork entitled: “Model-ing Of The Development Of Women Entrepreneurship In Iran”. The data of this research is obtained by using of questionnaire and inter-view among 139 Iranian entrepreneur women. The research has paid attention to the effective social factors in businesses of Iranian entre-preneur women. Some important suggestions have been given in the field of women entrepreneur development according to Iran social conditions.
The results of the statistical analysis show that the existence of mother's , father's , spouse's , friend's and teacher's entrepreneurs (as a role model) in addition to training of society and spouse's death, are some of effective social factors in development of women entrepre-neurship. Among them, spouse's death and training of society are the most effective social factors in development of Iranian women's busi-ness.
