The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between organizational climate and job stress and its consequences upon high school teachers. The purposes were as follows: 1. Identifying relationship of organizational climate with job stress. 2. Identifying relationship of organizational climate with job stress indices. 3. Identifying relationship of organizational climate with job stress and demographic characteristics. Research method was descriptive correlative. To collect date, litwin & stringer organizational climate questionnaire, and kyriacou & sutcliff’s job stress questionnaire were used. Statistical sample size was randomly selected and data findings showed that there is a significant relation between organizational climate and job stress. Also, most relation belonged to student's affairs.
