In this article, the effect of knowledge management on organizational entrepreneurship has been examined. Knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer and knowledge application have been used for measuring knowledge management,  new ventures and new businesses, product/service and process innovation, self-renewal, risk taking, pioneering, competitiveness and aggressiveness have been considered to measure organizational entrepreneurship. The samples of this survey are the employees of industries and mines ministry and data have been collected by questionnaires. After factor analysis, the factors of knowledge management have been integrated and reduced and three factors (knowledge development, knowledge sharing and knowledge application and exploitation) have been considered and innovation and risk taking have been taken into account for organizational entrepreneurship. Results show that knowledge management affects organizational entrepreneurship and develops a context for it.
