Nowadays, in the complicated unstable business environment,  only those organizations that have enough understanding and knowledge of changing  current situation to desirable one can be survived  in competitive market. Identifying  and ranking the effective  factors on productivity  as most important tool for recognition the actual conditions has a vital role to establish the organizational goals and programming to set them. This paper examines using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) as a powerful method of multiple attribute decision making theory to identify and rank the effective  factors on productivity for TV-Radio manufacturing corporations. To do this, we have got the experts judgments about the concepts like production flexibility and quality to determine the impressive factors on productivity for TV-Radio manufacturing corporations. Then, regarding to different influence of the factors on each other and in turn on productivity, we calculated their combined weights of the factors by ANP. It means because of non-linear structure  between factors, by assigning and marking those mutual relations we made a model as analytical network process which incorporates  a number of  inter-relationships. Finally, we solve our problem through incremental powers method using MATLB software.
