A Model for the Assessment of Creativity in an Organization

Abstract

The research is conducted with the aim of assessing creativity in an organization. To do so, the literature was investigated, as a result of which a conceptual model was developed being formed of four elements naming problem finding, idea generation, alternatives evaluation, choice implementation.Based on the conceptual model, a criteria assessment questionnaire was developed and handed out among the researchers in research institutions, out of which 212 were returned. Data collected were tested for the study’s hypotheses using LISREL 8.5. Findings indicate that all the four aforementioned criteria significantly influence the creativity.
