In this paper, the outsourcing management in Tabriz Oil Refining Co. has been examined. In this regard, after reviewing the literature, the factors for evaluation of outsourcing management situation were identified, and the research hypotheses were stated. The statistical population of the research includes all the managers and personnel employed in the outsourcing department of Tabriz Oil Refining Company totaling 45 people. By using Morgan table, 42 persons were selected as research sample. In order to examine the research hypotheses, a questionnaire was used and after determining its validity and reliability, it was distributed among the statistical population. According to the research findings, the results show that the status of outsourcing management of the corporation with regard to the factors of planning system, organizational structure, human resources and assessment system is average and around the mean. Finally, Practical suggestions have been presented for improving the outsourcing management in the four areas of the mentioned factors.
