Explanation of Factors Influencing Work Conscience Promotion through Analytical Hierarchy Process Models

Abstract

Promotion of the country and national productivity will be possible by work and effort and when this significant goal can be achieved that main resource of this effort namely a set of activist and work-seeking people who are equipped by wakeful conscience are available in the society. Rich natural re-sources, comprehensive production opportunities, and original fields of ac-tion will not lead to any result unless work conscience is encouraged and work value is internalized within layers of the society. Therefore, in order to achieve society development and progress it is required that skilled and vet-eran work forces set work conscience as the top priority and do not neglect for social regulation and society's productivity. But what is important in con-text of decision making for increase of work conscience in work forces is consideration to the fact that which effective factors in this domain and how much should be emphasized. So in this paper which indicates results of a study conducted by Iran's Central Bank International Department it is at-tempted to respond this question through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). For this purpose, proper set of factors influencing work conscience are in-vestigated and extracted through documentary research and studies conduct-ed on work conscience in the first phase. In the second phase, the factors de-rived and extracted in each one of three branches of structure, field, and con-tent were categorized using Three Branch Model in form of Delphi Survey Method, which is implemented among management professors and then the mentioned components were prioritized through AHP which is one of the most important techniques of multi-criteria decision making (MCDM).
