Nowadays because of economic limitations, development and complexity of markets, optimum allocation and usage of available resources and also recognition of customers needs and on-time response to them in different segment of market is unavoidable. This makes organizations to eliminate traditional methods and structures, and therefore keeps their market shares unchanged.Due to available competition in production systems, manufacturers in both production and services sector are trying to decrease costs, defects and improve their production processes. These factors make it necessary for companies to use lean production.In this regard, one of the most important problems for companies is “how to identify the MUDA in production process?”We can not exclude “electronic industries” from this matter. In this research we try to use “ mapping of value stream” as a tool to identify defect points and then begin to design new production system.Also we tried to use “simulation of coming events” for forecasting of production system of statistical universe and compare the results of using that technique.
