Examining The Influence Of Quality Of Working Life On The Functionality Of Employees In Isfahan Province Government And Introducing A Comprehensive Pattern

Abstract

Quality of Working Life is one of the important fields of organizational development and thus, one can materialize the organization's goals by improving the quality of working life. This Study pays attention to the effects of quality of working life on the functionality of Isfahan province government employees. The information has been collected by simple random distribution of questionnaires among 110 personnel in statistical community of the entire province government. After collecting the questionnaires, data were analyzed by the use of SPSS software.  The design of questions in the questionnaire was based on 5 different premises including fair wages and salaries, improving the skills and abilities of the staff, social unity in work environment, independence in doing responsibilities, and development of work abilities and the variation of activities. In all the statistical tests, the maximum considered alpha was 5 percent (a minimum safety level of 95%). The results showed a positive and meaningful relation between the mentioned factors and the improvement of the functionality of personnel in the studied models. Also a strong relation between qualification of work staff and the quality of services was observed.
