A Study Of Relationship Between Dif-ferent Organizational Cultures And Learning Organization (Tehran’s Pub-lic Service Organizations)

Abstract

Learning organization theory is a key theory in organizational stud-ies. Public organizations, based on their mission (serving the public), must be learnt more than private organizations, because organizational learning is central for organizational survival. Keeping public interest is dependent on better learning. In this research, the role of organiza-tional culture in shaping public organizations is investigated.
