The purpose of this study is to study waste phenomenon as a consequence of actions and interactions among organizational players. The grounded theory strategy, used in this research, will help to analyze the phenomenon in terms of its core category, context, strategies and conditions. In summery, the result of this research is presented in terms of "Financial Wisdom" theory. Financial Wisdom is one of the talents that an organization must have to survive. It's the main factor of resource management in improving asset utilization and cost structure to achieve organizational objectives. Financial Wisdom, i.e. Organizational Financial Wisdom, includes four properties: Collective sensitivity to wastes Shared mental models about wastes and their causes Collective capability for solving conflicts that make wastes Collective movement of preventing and confronting waste The most important causal conditions that lead to the development of Financial Wisdom are "to prevent five organizational problems". The context of Financial Wisdom is the particular set of conditions and intervening conditions that are the broader set of conditions in which the phenomenon is couched. Management of "Value Creation Cycles" and "Improvement Programs" refers to the actions and responses that occur as the result of the phenomenon (financial wisdom) and finally, the outcomes, both intended and unintended, of these actions are "Financial Excellence" and "Liquidity Traps".
