Operational risk is one of the most important risks ever known in banking scope. Financial market expansion, emergence of new tech-nologies and financial agencies' globalization adds to the significance of this kind of risk. Bank's and financial institute's managers should apply appropriate control procedures and policies, meanwhile assessing them in every period. This research analyzes one of Iran's state bank's electronic transactions by self assessment approach. Statistic tests in this research are T-test and Friedman test. The results show that operational risk management policy in this bank's e-banking scope is unsuitable. Finally, some guidelines were offered to improve risk management level.
