Surveying the Drivers Influencing Shopping Aimed to Show off with Commitment to Religious Guides

Abstract

One of the challenging events in marketing influencing the society is show off shopping while commitment to religious guides can reduce this subject. This paper surveys the influence of drivers for show off shopping with commitment to religious guides. This is functional descriptive survey. The statistical Population is 388 students of Semnan University who are asked by questionnaire. The validity and reliability is relatively surveyed through convergent and divergent validity survey and internal compatibility survey. Structure equation model is used for surveying hypotheses. Findings show that in confidence level of 0.05 environmentaldrivers, self-supervision, and materialism have positive significant effect on show off shopping. Also, commitment to religious guides reduces influence of environmental drivers and materialism on show off shopping.
