World-class organizations are a new generation of organizations that are the result of change in today's business world. The aim of this study was to investigate the interaction between the issues of lean manufacturing system and world class manufacturing (WCM) in two stages. The statistical population of the study is 5 companies in the field of the food industry that have started measuring for world-class production. In the first stage, by analyzing the data obtained from the research questionnaire, the relationship between lean manufacturing schemes and world-class pillars is identified using Gray Systems Theory (GRA), which shows how they reach organizations to reach Help a world-class organization. The results obtained from this stage showed that the tools of lean manufacturing, flow mapping, Kaizen, comprehensive maintenance of production, Six Sigma, standard work and S5 for use and implementation in the organizational environment. In the second stage, using fuzzy gray theory, the stimuli and obstacles to the implementation of WCM techniques were identified and ranked. Due to the gray correlation coefficient, the most important stimuli are: "reduction of operating costs (marketing and production)" and "global issues (environment-market)" and poor planning and lack of knowledge are the most important obstacles to world-class production in Are the production sector. Finally, according to the obtained results, the two strategies of differentiation and cost leadership were among the priorities of the strategies and practical solutions were proposed to remove the obstacles.
