The current research aimed in survey of Knowledge Management (KM) infrastructures in the government of Islamic Republic of Iran including 21 ministries and Management and Planning Organization (MPO). Data gathered by questionnaire completed by managers in aforementioned organizations. Results showed: The average of scores gained by organizations is below the OECD standard. There is no significant difference between organizations in providing KM infrastructures. There is no significant correlation between the priority of KM in organizational strategy and budget allocation. There is no significant correlation between having KM plan and budget allocation. There is no significant correlation between the priority of KM in organizational strategy and knowledge centered management. There is significant relation between organizational culture and knowledge management level. There is significant relation between education level of staff members and Knowledge management level. Totally, the situation of KM infrastructure is not suitable in organizations.
