تبیین مدل چابکی فرآیند در توسعه استراتژیهای تولیدمحصول جدید با تمرکز بر طراحی پلتفرم خودروی ایرانی

چکیده

 
هدف از انجام این پژوهش،طراحی وتبیین مدل چابکی فرآیند طراحی و توسعه محصول خودروی جدید ایرانی لیکن مبتنی بر محور نگاه پلتفرمی است. رویکرد این پژوهش کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه داده بنیادبه عنوان روش تحقیق مبتنی بر تحلیل  چابکی نظام دروازه ای استفاده شده است.روش گردآوری داده ها،مطالعه اسناد بالادستی و مصاحبه های عمیق و باز با18 نفر ا ز خبرگا ن آگا ه از موضوع در فازهای توسعه محصول خودروسازان ایرانی است. چیستی مساله این پژوهش برمبنای انحراف از برنامه مصوب 1404 در حوزه تولید وصادرات و زاویه حرکتی نسبت به روندهای نوین  جهانی در حوزه توسعه خودرو است.این در حالی است که بازار خودرو ایران با توجه به نسبت سرانه بازاری پرعطش ارزیابی می شودکه خود مبنای چرایی و  پرداخت این  پژوهش به شمار میآید .نتایج حاصله از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها  در مدل پاردایمی داده ها نشان داد که با توجه به درهم تنیدگی سیاستهای توسعه محصول در زمینه  کلیت سیاستهای  خودروسازان در یک مدل سه شاخگی  دارای مولفه های زیرساختی،ساختاری ،راهبردی و لیکن در دامنه نیازمند پویایی کل فرآیند توسعه خودرو ساز ان و زیر مجموعه های آنها دربسترسیاست گذاری کلان دولتی است .در بعد زیر ساختی تاسیس رشته سیاست گذاری خودرو، بازنگری قوانین ملی در همکاری مشترک، اقتصاد سیاسی خودرو سازی، شناسای تواناسازهای ایجاد پتنت در خودروسازی ایران...و در بعد ساختاری ایجاد مراکز خودرویی مستقل،ایجاد تکنو سنتردر راستای یکپارچه سازی فرآیندی ، ماژولار سازی زیر مجموعه های طراح و سازنده جهت سیستم ها و زیر سیستم های خودرو، سناریو نویسی شبکه مگاپلتفرم،...ودربعدراهبردی نقشه راه آینده پژوهانه خودرو سازی مبتنی بر نسلهای جدید خودروی جهانی، تدوین برنامه های تکنولوژی در سطح ملی ، نقشه راه ملی صنایع پیشین  و پسین خودرو سازی، تدوین برنامه جامع خودکفایی در راستای مالکیت حداکتری پلتفرم،تدوین سناریوهای پویای تحریم ستیزانه در همکاریهای مشترک،...به شمار میروند.

Agility Process Model Design in New Product Development based on Iranian Car Platform Design

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is to design and explain the agile model of design and development process of a new Iranian automotive product based on a platform-based perspective. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and the Grounded Theory as the method based on the agility analysis of gateway system. Data were collected by studying upstream documents and conducting in-depth open interviews with 18 cases of experts who were aware of the subject matter in the development phases of Iranian carmakers product. Whatness of the problem. This research was conducted based on the deviation from the approved plan of 1404 in the area of production and export and movement angle relative to the new global trends in the area of car development. This is while Iran's car market is assessed with regard to a thirsty per capita market, which is itself regarded as the basis of the whyness of this research. Results obtained from data analysis in the paradigm model of data showed that considering the interrelation of the product development policies in the area of the whole policy of carmakers, there is a three-dimensional model with infrastructural, structural, and strategic components, but it needs the dynamicity of the whole development process of carmakers and their sub-sets in the context of the government macroeconomic policymaking. Establishing car policymaking major, reviewing national rules in cooperation, car manufacturing political economy, identifying enablers in patenting in Iran car manufacturing, etc., are considered in the infrastructural dimension. In the structural dimension, establishing independent car centers, establishing techno centers toward process integration, modulation of designer and manufacturer sub-sets for car systems and sub-systems, scenarios writing for mega platform network, etc., are considered. Finally, roadmap < /em> for future research of car manufacturing based on new generations of global cars, formulating technology programs at national level, national roadmap of car manufacturing anterior and posterior industries, formulating the comprehensive self-sufficiency program in line with the maximum ownership of platform, formulating dynamic anti-sanction scenarios in cooperation, etc., are considered in the strategic dimension.
