In this article, the effect of perception of employees from organizational justice on their organizational identification has been examined. Distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice have been considered for measuring organizational justice. Membership, similarity and loyalty have been considered for measuring organizational identification. After factor analysis, factors of organizational identification have been decreased and two factors (membership and loyalty) have been selected. The samples of this survey have been selected from Tehran, Allameh Tabataba’i and Tarbiat Modarres universities. To collect data, questionnaires were used. Results show that organizational justice impacts on organizational identification. Also, justice and its factors are in unfavorable status, organizational identification and loyalty are in average status and membership is in the favorable status.
