This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the model of rela-tions between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with emotion-al exhaustion, intention to turn-over and deviant behaviors. Research statisti-cal population was the male employees of an industrial and productive facto-ry in Shiraz City. 300 persons of them were selected using convenience sampling. Research instruments were questionnaires on turn-over, deviant behaviors, emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data resulted from questionnaires were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient, structure equation modeling and (SEM) mediation regression analysis. The results of structure equation modeling showed that:1) emotional exhaustion explained 18 percent of variance of job satisfaction and job satisfaction explained 20 percent of variance of organi-zational commitment.2) Also organizational commitment and emotional ex-haustion explained 17.5 percent of variance of turn-over and turn-over and emotional exhaustion explained 11.7 percent of variance of deviant behav-iors.3) Mediation regression analysis showed that job satisfaction played the complete mediator role in the relation between emotional exhaustion and or-ganizational commitment and also organizational commitment played the complete mediator role in relation between job satisfactions and turn-over. Finally turn-over was complete mediator variable in relation between organ-izational commitment and deviant behaviors. The findings of this research revealed that emotional exhaustion simultaneously weakens the job satisfac-tion and organizational commitment and strengthens the intention to turn-over and organizational deviant behaviors.
