If we want to shape new organization for the first time, how can we do it? This paper is the result of an applied research. based on step by step methodology , we design a new organization. For this purpose, after literature review and study of organizational design different models and determination of design model, research team designed new structure and at last incorporate the organizational processes in it based on different scenarios.
