شناسایی استراتژی‌های کسب‌وکار جهت مواجهه با عدم‌قطعیت‌های محیطی: مطالعه‌ای مروری

چکیده

کسب‌وکارهای امروزی با عدم‌قطعیت‌های متعددی روبه‌رو می‌شوند، بدین منظور تاکنون راهکارهای پرشماری جهت مواجهه با این عدم‌قطعیت‌ها در نشریات علمی مختلف بین‌المللی مطرح شده‌ است. این مقاله به دنبال ارائه یک تقسیم‌بندی از انواع استراتژی‌های مواجهه با عدم‌قطعیت بر اساس مطالعات پیشین می‌باشد. از آنجایی که این حوزه مملو از پژوهش‌های متعددی می‌باشد، جهت دست‌یابی به این هدف از استراتژی پژوهش تحلیل اسنادی استفاده شده‌است. ببدین منظور در یک فرآیند چند مرحله‌ای 87 مقاله از مجلات منتشر شده در نشریات معتبر بین‌المللی انتخاب گردیده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. داده‌های کیفی از این مقالات استخراج شده است و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. بر این اساس 203 راهکار برای مواجهه با عدم‌قطعیت به‌عنوان کدهای پایه مشخص شده‌اند، سپس با ترکیب کدهای پایه 29 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده ایجاد گشته ‌است. نهایتاً از ترکیب مضامین سازمان‌دهنده چهار نوع استراتژی مواجهه با عدم‌قطعیت شامل: آینده‌نگری، انطباق، استقبال و تعدیل شناسایی گردید. مدیران و مشاوران می‌توانند بر اساس مضامین فراگیر معرفی شده در این تحقیق، استراتژی‌های مناسب جهت مواجهه با عدم‌قطعیت‌های کسب‌وکار خویش را شناسایی و اتخاذ کنند. همچنین آن‌ها می‌توانند بر پایه مضامین سازمان‌دهنده، با راهکارهای پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌ها آشنا شوند و راهکارهای مناسب  را برای کسب‌وکار خویش انتخاب کنند.

Abstract
Today’s businesses are facing numerous uncertainties. So far, many solutions have been studied to encounter these uncertainties. This article aims to introduce a new typology of business strategies to deal with uncertainty, which is based on previous researches. Accordingly, after a multistep process, 87 valid and relevant articles, published in reliable international journals, were chosen. The qualitative data were excavated from these articles and were analyzed with thematic analysis approach. As a result, 203 solutions to deal with business uncertainties, were coded. By combining these codes, 29 organizing themes were devised. Finally, the combination of organizing themes led to four business strategies to deal with uncertainty including anticipation, adaptation, acceptance, and moderation. By considering the results of this article, managers and counselors are able to identify suitable strategies to encounter their own business uncertainties. Moreover, the organizing themes of this article pave the way for the implementation of the strategies.
