تبیین تاثیر فعالیت های بهره برداری و اکتشاف بر عملکرد از طریق نوآوری محصول و خدمات در شرکت های تولیدی

چکیده

هدف: در سازمان‌های امروزی، ترکیب محصولات با خدمات یکپارچه نیاز به قابلیت‌های دوسوتوانی دارد، زیرا شرکت‌ها باید قادر باشند نه تنها قابلیت‌های اکتشاف و بهره‌برداری، بلکه ظرفیت تغییر فرآیند نوآوری را با انجام فعالیت‌های تحقیق و توسعه همزمان با ارائه خدمات داشته باشند. بنابراین یک سازمان برای بقا، رشد، بهبود عملکرد، نوآوری محصول- خدمات و امکان رقابت پذیری در محیط پویای امروزی نیازمند دوسوتوانی استراتژیک ( شامل دو بعد بهره برداری و اکتشاف) و در نتیجه افزایش کارایی و بهره وری شرکت ها است. برای به حداکثر رساندن عملکرد شرکت، نوآوری محصول-خدمات باید از طریق یک مسیر متوالی بهره برداری- اکتشاف توسعه یابد.
روش: به این منظور ابتدا با مرور ادبیات، مدل مفهومی پژوهش استخراج شد؛ جامعه آماری پژوهش شرکت های صنعتی شهر اصفهان است که در مجموع 2480 شرکت می باشند. با توجه به مشخص و محدود بودن حجم جامعه اماری، برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران برای جامعه محدود استفاده شد و 333 شرکت با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسش نامه است که مدیران عامل شرکت های انتخاب شده به عنوان نمونه، تکمیل کرده اند. روایی این پرسش نامه ها با استفاده از نظرات استادان و خبرگان مورد بررسی و تایید گردید و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 941/0 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز از روش تحلیل مسیر و از نرم افزار های MPLUS و AMOS  اسـتفاده شد.
یافته ها: بر اساس مدل پژوهش نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها حاکی از وجود تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بهره برداری و اکتشاف بر عملکرد از طریق نوآوری محصول و خدمات و نقش میانجی اکتشاف در تاثیر بهره برداری بر عملکرد است. به این معنا زمانی که فعالیت های نوآوری شرکت به اندازه کافی مورد بهره برداری قرار بگیرد، به کارآیی می رسند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که یک مسیر متوالی بهینه در نوآوری محصول و خدمات و مسیر بهره‌برداری-اکتشاف وجود دارد و مسیر رسیدن به نوآوری محصول و خدمات سودآور با بهره‌ برداری از منابع و قابلیت‌های موجود شرکت آغاز می‌شود و با اکتشاف برای تعیین و توسعه کاربردهای فناورانه مناسب دنبال می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
So an organization needs strategic ambidexterity and consequently Increasing the efficiency and productivity of companies in order to survive, grow, Performance improvements, Product-service innovation, and the Possibility of competitiveness in today's dynamic environment. To maximize firm’s performance, Product-service innovation must be developed through a sequential Exploitation-Exploration pathway.
To do so, initially, reviewing the literature, the conceptual model of this study was extracted, and then in order to analyze the research model and hypotheses, we examined 333 industrial firms in Isfahan city. For the validity of this questionnaire, the comments of professors and experts were used. For reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used and its value was determined to be 0.941. Path analysis method was used to analyze the data.
According to the research model, data analysis indicates the existence of a positive and significant effect of exploitation and exploration on performance through product and service innovation and the mediating role of exploration in the impact of exploitation on performance Also, there is a positive and significant effect of exploitation activities in manufacturing companies developing product and service innovation on exploration activities and a positive and significant effect of product and service innovation on performance.
The results showed that there is an optimal sequential Exploitation Exploration pathway in product and service innovation and exploitation-exploration pathway and the path to achieving profitable product and service innovation begins with the use of existing resources and capabilities of the firm and is followed by exploration to determine and develop appropriate technological applications.
